Wadsworth Gallery presents Wonderland, a new series of paintings by Imre Badonski. In a unique balance of texture, sunshine and a botanical colour palette, Wonderland explores the spirit of secluded valleys and Jurassic rainforests of the Blue Mountains. These paintings are never planned — the layers of paint, texture and brush stroke unfold in an organic process, reflecting Imre’s relationship with his surroundings, both past and present.
